Our vendor custom prints your items once you place your order. Expect that fulfillment process to take 2-7 business days. Shipping time will vary depending on the speed at which you chose to have your order shipped. It’s important to understand that our product fulfillment time is independent of shipping time. These are two separate operations.
Custom Jerseys may require up to 30 business days for production and shipping, however our vendor aims to produce all custom jerseys within 14 days.
We partnered with third party vendors to make some of our items, as such, some of those items will be coming directly from them via drop shipping. This can result in multiple shipping charges as the vendor who makes our T-Shirts is different from the vendor who makes our Jerseys, for example. Those vendors will ship items as soon as they are ready, directly to you. You may also see a charge for items being shipped directly by us. Stickers, drinkware, coasters, and magnets all currently fall into this category. We did this in order to keep costs low, and pass those savings directly to you. Our goal is to get our brands items into your hands and the best way to do that, is to keep the price to you, low.
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
Sublimation apparel can be washed at any temperature setting without affecting quality. But we recommend washing with like colors, as the polyester fabric may make colors run. High temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.
We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer’s care instructions don’t take into consideration the DTG printing process.
Our vendor custom makes every piece to order and then ships direct to you. This helps us keep our costs down, and pass those savings along to you. However because of this, we generally do not accept returns unless our vendor has misprinted the item or it is damaged/defective.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, misspelled gamertags/names, or any other reason than those select issues mentioned above. Size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and our discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if we choose to accept or offer size exchanges to you.
